You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are determined by the carrier. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

We offer local pickup at our store.
You will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours during business days.
Local Delivery (If Applicable)
If/when local delivery is offered, availability and rates will be shown at checkout. Delivery is usually completed within 1–2 days after processing.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
Perishable items may require expedited shipping at checkout.
Certain items (such as alcohol) may have additional packaging or age-verification requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@russoitalianmarket.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
